Return Policy


At M & F Corporation, we are committed to customer satisfaction and service excellence. This Return and Re-Issue Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returning products or requesting re-issuance of services, where applicable.

1. Import Goods – Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

Returns are only accepted if the product is:

Defective or damaged upon delivery

Incorrect as per the purchase order

Return Conditions:

Must be reported within 3 working days of delivery

Product must be unused and in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Return Process:

Please contact our support team with details and supporting photos. Once approved, return logistics will be coordinated.

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-ordered items, perishable goods, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for return.

2. Tour & Travel – Re-Issue / Rescheduling Policy

Ticket Re-Issue:

Subject to airline or travel partner rules

Fare differences and reissue charges apply

Requests must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled departure

Tour Package Modifications:

Date changes allowed based on availability and partner terms

Additional charges may apply depending on season or policy

Non-Reissuable Services:

Visa fees, insurance, and confirmed hotel bookings are typically non-refundable or non-changeable after confirmation.

3. Water Supply – Return & Replacement

Return Eligibility:

Damaged bottles or contaminated water must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

Must be returned with the seal intact (if unopened)

Re-Delivery / Replacement:

Replacement will be arranged free of charge if the issue is verified

Refunds or credits may be issued upon customer request

4. Construction / Contract Services – Rework Policy

Scope of Rework:

Applicable only in cases of deviation from agreed specifications

Must be reported during project handover or within the warranty/defect liability period

Exclusions:

Damages due to external factors or client modifications are not covered

Changes beyond original agreement will be treated as variations and billed accordingly

5. General Conditions

All return or reissue requests must be submitted in writing to:

M & F Corporation reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the conditions stated above.
